One of the few physical books I have and can’t stop recommending is “The Art of War” by Sun Tzu. Even though it dates from the 5th century, It still applies to every single strategic decision you can make today.
You can read the full version or go to Blinkist and get the most important parts, but there is a new version out I can’t get enough of. The Art of War: Visualized, a graphic version with the same brilliant concepts but much easier to digest.
I’m on the fifth copy myself, having gifted it to a few friends. It’s that good.
